The conference will provide lunch on February 17th and breakfast on February 18th. We want to ensure that we accommodate your dietary needs at the conference. A dietary needs form has been sent to your email with a completion date of February 11, 2022. Review the menu prior to the conference to plan accordingly.

Day 1, February 17, 2022

11:30am – 1:30pm

Lunch

  • Hearts of romaine, seasoned croutons, tomatoes, parmesan
    cheese, lemony caesar dressing
  • Lasagna al forno with ground beef
  • Penne pasta with peas, sun dried tomatoes in parmesan cream sauce
  • Roasted asparagus, artichokes and brocolini

Day 2, February 18, 2022

8:30am – 9:15am

Breakfast

  • Seasonal sliced fruit
  • Assorted freshly baked pastries
  • Plain cage free scrambled eggs
  • Applewood smoked bacon
