Having spent almost 20 years in K-12 public classrooms, I continue to feel empowered by the impact multiculturalism and multilingualism make on educational communities. Just BELIEVE in Data and the PLC Process – This session will explore how your teams can use data to enhance teacher reflection, drive school improvement and deliver targeted instruction for students. Participants will take an in-depth look at the data driven instruction cycle from a coaching lens. Attendees will learn how to support teachers through all phases of the data collection cycle, from creating student centered SMART goals to making instructional decisions based on data collection.
