About Jenny

Jenny Hoober is an instructional coach for ESC 13 with 20 years of educational experience. She has led teacher teams, student teachers, and now ESC programs with the philosophy of listening more than speaking. She is passionate about supporting novice teachers as they learn to navigate the complex teaching world, and she enjoys working with students from diverse backgrounds and learning experiences. She is co-creator of Cards for Coaching Equity Edition and the New Teacher Coaching Program.
