About Jennifer
Jennifer Krawczyk has a M.Ed. in Early Childhood and over 17 years of experience in education. Jennifer has been an early childhood special education teacher, a behavior and disabilities specialist, and is now the Early Childhood/ECSE Coordinator in Georgetown ISD. Jennifer has a passion for high-quality, equitable early childhood. Much of her work has been focused on positive behavior support, trauma-informed care, and inclusive practices.

Coaching Early Learning Teachers with Music and Movement for Self-Regulation
Coaches will learn effective strategies to help teachers incorporate music and movement into daily routines to increase social-emotional competence and help students maintain executive functioning necessary for learning. Research on trauma and brain development, shows rhythm and music can increase the capacity to regulate emotions, increase engagement, and reduce challenging behaviors in the classroom.
