Erin Warren is currently the Superintendent in Luling ISD. She is fervent about working with educators to apply research and data analysis to improve teaching and learning through clearly identified student expectations, high-leverage instructional strategies, and assessment techniques for school turnaround efforts and to ensure that ALL students can be successful.

Participants will improve their ability to lead through data analysis and data-driven conversations to improve student learning.
