About Dr. Kim
Dr. Kim’s drive is coaching and leadership professional learning with a “People-Centered Approach.” Previously, as the HCS Instructional Coaching Coordinator, she played a pivotal role in establishing and shaping the district’s instructional coaching program. Her leadership and ongoing training initiatives have been instrumental in its success, making it an integral part of the district’s educational framework. Prior to her current roles, Dr. Kim has held various positions including elementary school principal, technology curriculum instructional specialist, and elementary classroom teacher. Outside of her professional endeavors, she values spending quality time with her husband, three sons, daughter-in-law, and baby granddaughter. On weekends, she enjoys teaching Zumba® fitness classes, finding pure joy in the art of dance.
