Angela Scotto Harkness is an Instructional Coach, Professional Developer and Equity Coordinator in the Portland area. ​She earned her Master’s in Education from University of Portland with an endorsement in ​Reading. She also earned an ESOL endorsement from Portland State University. Angela is the co-author of The EduCoach Survival Guide. She has spent ​the last 19 years as an educator in five schools across three districts.
