About Angela
Angela Scotto Harkness is an Instructional Coach, Professional Developer and Equity Coordinator in the Portland area. She earned her Master’s in Education from University of Portland with an endorsement in Reading. She also earned an ESOL endorsement from Portland State University. Angela is the co-author of The EduCoach Survival Guide. She has spent the last 19 years as an educator in five schools across three districts.
