Meaningful Access Resource Collection: Leveraging SDI, UDL, and Collaborative Instruction
Grounded in TEA’s Meaningful Access Resource Collection, this session helps instructional coaches deepen their understanding of the instructional components that ensure meaningful access for students with disabilities. Participants explore how UDL, SDI, and collaborative instruction work together within Tier 1 instruction to remove barriers and provide targeted support. Through a coaching lens, the session highlights practical coaching moves, planning entry points, and collaborative structures that build teachers’ capacity to implement inclusive practices. Coaches leave with strategies and state‑developed tools to support instructional teams in designing, delivering, and sustaining learning experiences that promote access and progress for all students.
