About Missy

Missy Hefty has 29 years of educational experience. She spent 11 years in the classroom as a secondary teacher, then spent 5 years as an instructional coach before moving to the district level as an HR Director for 12 years. Missy joined Lowman as the Training Coordinator in 2024. She is right handed, but wishes she were a lefty, is fascinated by sharks and jellyfish, nerds out to historical podcasts, and loves dogs. Missy has been married for a really long time (26 years) and has a senior at Prosper High School.
