Debbie Rosenbaum has worked in education for 38 years as a classroom teacher, a campus/district instructional leader, and is currently a consultant/instructional coach at Education Service Center, Region 20 in San Antonio. As a member of the ESC-20, School Support Team, her work focuses on assisting campuses as they work to create change and sustain success.
