Sponsorship Details
Two levels of sponsorship are available for the ESC Region 13 ICC 2025.
Whichever level you choose, your sponsorship will be felt in classrooms across the country and around the world. In addition to networking opportunities, the event will also benefit your organization through exposure on our conference website, social media and other promotional materials.
VIP Sponsor: $2,500
- Sponsored breakfast or evening mixer with dedicated signs.
- 5 minute slots to address the general audience before the opening and closing keynotes. 4 slots available offered on a first come, first serve basis.
- Recognition on ICC website, social media, targeted emails, table tents, and opening kickoff recognition.
- 2 premium exhibit booth spaces. 10’x 10’ space with a 6’ skirted table, two chairs and identification signage.
- 2 conference registrations.
- Push notifications and announcements during the conference (5 total).
- Networking opportunities during the conference.
- Ability to offer special promotions, contests and coupons to attract attendees to your booth and collect contact information.

Club Level Sponsor: $1,500
- Sponsored mid-afternoon energy break or evening mixer with dedicated signs.
- Recognition on ICC website, social media, targeted emails, table tents, and opening kickoff recognition.
- We are opening four demo slots on a first come first serve basis.
- 1 premium exhibit booth space. 10’ x 10’ space with a 6’ skirted table, two chairs and identification signage.
- Push notifications and announcements during the conference (3 total).
- Networking opportunities during the conference.
- Ability to offer special promotions, contests and coupons to attract attendees to your booth and collect contact information.
