Reservations
Reservations can be made, modified, or canceled by attendees using the reservation link. Reservations must be made on or before October 28, 2024. Reservations received after the cut-off date will be based on availability at the hotel’s prevailing rates. The hotel cannot guarantee that name changes, date changes, and additional reservations can be made after the cut-off date.
Standard King or Standard Queen $184.00 per night for single/double occupancy (plus applicable taxes and service fees). Please provide tax-exempt forms when checking in.

The hotel requires that all reservations be guaranteed either by a credit card or check deposit for one night’s room and applicable taxes. Guarantee/deposit will not be refunded unless the individual reservation is canceled 7 days in advance of check-in.
A resort fee of $46.00 per room per day plus applicable tax allows the use of resort activities and amenities.
